3.3 Pressure sensor
On-line tension measuring system wheel diameter is 800 mm, the system is located in the back of first tension wheel and in the front of induction furnace, using this system can ensure the two tension wheel units to realize stabilized constant tension control and can monitor and display real time data.

3.7 JXN90-5 synchronizer
On the synchronising unit are two rollers, one is on the synchronising stand, the other is on the dance arm. Pneumatic system provides converse and forward pressure, which can be adjusted manually. Different synchronising tensions can be achieved by different strand diameters. One set location sensor feedback the location of the dance arm to the inverter of the take-up spool, as to control the speed, to make sure the dance arm work at the centre.
