• Pintle type manual clamping and manual release the reel, with locking bolt. Pay off tension Hysteresis control and can be adjustable. Pay off tension 1.2-7.5kg.
• 6B,12B,18B stranding cage adopt shaft transmission, Danfoss Driver control the motor running. Cage adopt dual support. Main shaft is seamless steel tube,connecting plate by keyway rising,stranding cage’s rigidity is good. 12B stranding cage uses a set of auxiliary roller, 18B stranding cage uses 2 sets of auxiliary roller, using gear+timing belt for back-twiste, stranding cage can rotate at high speed for long.
• Stranding cage uses pneumatic disk type brake.
• The front support of stranding cage has urgent stop,alarm,jog buttons,which is easy for equipment operation.

  • Whole machine adopt shaft transmission, adopt Siemens S7-300 PLC and PROFIBUS BUS control the whole line. Driver adopt Danfoss AC driver to control the AC motor start, running and speed control. Adopt Siemens touch screen, can be set/modify the data on touch screen.
